What is Nadi dosha?

Nadi is the eight-point factor in Guna Milan, the one given the highest weight. Each birth star belongs to one of three Nadi groups: Aadi, Madhya or Antya.

When both people share the same Nadi group, tradition refers to this as Nadi dosha and examines it more carefully, because Nadi carries the most points. When the Nadi groups differ, this factor scores full points.
