Privacy policy

This policy explains what GrahaRashi collects and why. We are committed to collecting as little personal information as possible.

What we collect

• The birth details you enter (date, time and place) for each person, used only to perform the compatibility calculation.
• An optional name, if you choose to enter one, to personalize the report.
• Basic technical information such as your approximate request rate, to prevent abuse.

We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your phone number or email address to generate a report.

What we store

When a report is created, we store the calculated result (for example the Guna Milan score and the derived Moon sign and Nakshatra) together with a random report token. In the current version we do not store your birth date, birth time or birth place alongside the report.

How your report is processed

The astrological calculation currently runs on our own servers. In this version your birth details are not sent to any third-party astrology provider. If we later use a third-party calculation or interpretation service, we will update this page to say so before doing it.

Payments

When paid reports are enabled, payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. Your card or UPI details are entered with that provider, not stored by GrahaRashi. We keep only the payment reference needed to confirm your purchase.

Report links

Each report has a private link with a random, hard-to-guess token, and report pages are set to not be indexed by search engines. Please do not share your report link with anyone you do not want to see it.

Retention and deletion

We keep report data only as long as needed to provide the service. To have a report deleted, email us at support@graharashi.com.
