Refund & support policy

The detailed report is a digital product that is generated and delivered instantly, so it is generally non-refundable once created. We do, however, want you to have a fair experience.

When we will help

• If a technical problem prevented your report from generating after a successful payment, we will fix it or refund that payment.
• If you were charged more than once for the same report, we will refund the duplicate.
• If a payment was taken but no report was unlocked, contact us and we will resolve it.

How to request help

Email support@graharashi.com with the date and time of your report and any payment reference you have. We aim to respond within a couple of working days.

Early access

While GrahaRashi is in early access and payments are being enabled, the report may be available at no charge in preview mode. In that case there is nothing to refund.
